What is the chance of something like this actually passing and how do you make sure your money isn't used to fund the GOP's holy war?

2. I beleive this is wrong
Saying you don't want you tax dollars to fund war is like billionares saying they don't want their tax dollars to fund social services.

3. But can you imagine if thousands of people refused to fund the war?
If you're fundamentally against war because or religious beliefs I don't think you should be required to fund the war.
