7. I hate to say it.......
.......but, after I heard it, I thought for a moment and realized that Chimpy had made a funny! It was used in reference to rambling speech. Maybe it helps to get it if you think Perot-ation, as in Ross.

If I'm right, W has a couple more neurons firing than I thought..........so, now he's up to three of them.
