British forces in Amarah, Iraq come under mortar fire

<snip>Police said sound of explosions were heard echoing near the base of Abu Naji which was targeted by 5 rounds of mortar fire at dawn on Friday. The source said though the British forces admitted being attacked, they did not specify the resulting losses.
