Republicans use FEAR to rule, which makes them terrorists
Republicans are terrorists, by definition. It's about time the Democrats grow a spine and start publically stating this FACT.

3. Yes, they do and Democrats SHOULD use this in every speech they
give. They should also have a quick and dirty list of the statistics of how terrorism rates have increased around the world since the Bush nightmare began and they should quote it regularily until it sinks in...talking points, folks.

5. Worse than fear, is the assumption of malice-
just discussing this "Logan Airport" issue with my 13yr old son, and saying, "hey, what do you think about going on an airplane?" His reply was very enlightening- "boats, trains and planes are places where you are seen as a bad person for doing nothing other than having a bottle of gatorade"-

Ya know?? what IS it doing to the psyche of people where we are all, like the classroom of kids who are punished for the actions of a few, are being taught we are ALL seen as 'guilty' or 'potential terrorists' or 'bad people' by our own government and fellow humans???

The FACT of our 'innocence'- is ok-(having nothing to hide, doesn't make continually being asked to prove that any less offensive, or tedious) but what does being seen as continually 'suspect' regardless of anything, do to us???? Remember that old adage about self-fulfilling prophesies???

Like the kid who is always being accused of being up to 'no good' feeling like what the hey- everyone is accusing me anyhow???

I'd never stopped to really think about this till my sons comment-

Worth discussion don't you think?

8. By allowing the terrorists to terrorize us
they are terrorists-by-proxy, or terrorist-enablers.

How do those sound as memes? Too geeky for joe sixpack? Or how about just, "They are letting the terrorists win?"

9. By making people scared of Republicans?

Wait...I think...hold on...yeah, yeah...that sounds like using fear to rule. Fear is the only reason anyone does anything.

11. not the only reason.... but
a very effective one- anger,-revenge- lust (desire for power), and hoplessness also motivate people pretty well when necessiary.

That and promising to reward 'our' loyalty by fulfilling desires- that are not possible ('rid the world of 'terra')-
