Is it the Freedom of Speech?

Hmmmm. Nope. Can't be that one. Considering that the Bush administration tells us that we have to watch what we say:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2001/09/20010926-5.html

MR. FLEISCHER: I'm aware of the press reports about what he said. I have not seen the actual transcript of the show itself. But assuming the press reports are right, it's a terrible thing to say, and it unfortunate. And that's why -- there was an earlier question about has the President said anything to people in his own party -- they're reminders to all Americans that they need to watch what they say, watch what they do. This is not a time for remarks like that; there never is.

...I'd say that one's a no go.

Is it the Freedom of Religion?

Well considering Coulter had said that "we should invade Arab countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity." And when you take into account the amount of followers that agree with her, I'd say that one is out too.

Is it the Freedom of the Press?

Considering the amount of people on the right that wanted New York Times reporters gassed or set in front of a firing squad...That one's out also.

Is it the Freedom or Privacy?
Hell, half of Americans don't mind giving those up:

10. The freedom to bomb the shit out of anyone we don't like.
Political Science
by Randy Newman

No one likes us-I don't know why
We may not be perfect, but heaven knows we try
But all around, even our old friends put us down
Let's drop the big one and see what happens

We give them money-but are they grateful?
No, they're spiteful and they're hateful
They don't respect us-so let's surprise them
We'll drop the big one and pulverize them

Asia's crowded and Europe's too old
Africa is far too hot
And Canada's too cold
And South America stole our name
Let's drop the big one
There'll be no one left to blame us

We'll save Australia
Don't wanna hurt no kangaroo
We'll build an All American amusement park there
They got surfin', too

Boom goes London and boom Paree
More room for you and more room for me
And every city the whole world round
Will just be another American town
Oh, how peaceful it will be
We'll set everybody free
You'll wear a Japanese kimono
And there'll be Italian shoes for me

They all hate us anyhow
So let's drop the big one now
Let's drop the big one now
