I simply pulled up the addy for The Marietta Times and found an article on the arrest:

Seems the map of WalMarts wasn't some plot to blow up stores but it appears they were buying cellphones in bulk from stores along the way. They purchased a slew of them in Marietta and aroused the suspicions of a clerk, who passed info on to the police.

BTW, also making the headlines in TMT was a story of a local man who was going to be on CBS to discuss birdwatching.

Mincks said Abulhassan and Houssaiky admitted to buying more than 600 of the phones in Ohio over the past few weeks.

“We know these cell phone chips are being used as a means for detonating roadside bombs and that people from Dearborn, Mich., are coming to this area to buy them,” Mincks said. “They’ve bought between 600 and 1,000 of these phones and they’ve giving phony names, had people poised as lookouts at businesses when they were buying them, and were evasive and lied when they were questioned about it by our officers. I think we can say for certain that something isn’t exactly right.”

Perfectly understandable that these guys, IF they are up to something nefarious, would drive to Ohio to purchase these items. Keeps them off the radar of the already heightened Detroit FBI office. I can tell you there is a lot of sympathy for Hezbollah in the Detroit area among this group. One of the largest if not THE largest concentrations of Middle Eastern immigrants in the US.
