Delay: 'Always Count On the Judiciary To Make Stupid & Dangerous Rulings'
Byron York takes the time to write down all of Tom DeLay's lies about why he retired and why he's not running again now. Not much interesting in there except this...

I asked DeLay if he had a problem with Scalias handling of the case.

Yes, I do, DeLay said. He obviously spent no time looking at whats happening in the court in which he has oversight. Within three hours, he denied this stay.

You can always count on the judiciary to make stupid rulings, DeLay told me. Not only stupid, but dangerous.

1. Yes adhering to law is 'stupid and dangerous'
in the minds of these ignorant neo-cons.

4. I think hell is freezing over! I ACTUALLY AGREE with Tom DeLay!!
You can always count on the judiciary to make stupid rulings, DeLay told me. Not only stupid, but dangerous.

And one of their most stupid and dangerous rulings was when they decided to put George W. Bush in office as President in 2000, despite the fact that he LOST the popular vote, and that there were serious voting issues in Florida.

You're right, Tom, for the first time I agree with you.

(Note to DeLay: I'm on Scalia's side on this particular issue, you're a snake and you got caught trying to pull a sneaky deal. Slimeball. Go spray yourself with roach spray.)
