British (secret?) agents stopped that vaccine from being distributed. Could have killed millions. It was planned at an al-Qaeda summit in Kuala Lumpur that was attended by Atta's roommate and the Flt. 77 hijackers. The CIA videotaped the whole thing and then followed the Flt 77 hijackers as they entered the US on 01/15/00 - the FBI liason at the CIA Counter-Terrorism Center was ordered not to send a cable about their entry to the FBI National Security Office in NY.

The Agency and a couple foreign intel agencies illegally monitored the plot inside the US without obtaining FISA warrants. For some reason we don't understand yet, that surveillance was relaxed enough in the late summer of 2001 so Atta and the gang could carry off the plot that the Agency had told the Bushites about much earlier. EVERY TIME we have one of these "convenient" alerts which takes all of Bush's problems off the news, we find out about mid-day that this is something they've know about for weeks or months. Every time. It is never, ever as urgent as they make it first appear. And it is always the day or two after bad news hits BushCo.

A FLIGHT to the United States was ordered to turn back over the Atlantic by American security agents because a Kurdish passenger was named on a no-fly list, US officials said yesterday.

After the American Airlines flight touched down at Heathrow, the man, his mother and his two sisters were questioned by Special Branch officers then released without charge.

Yesterday, as American Airlines completed arrangements for the other 236 passengers to reach the United States, police said that the man was not wanted in Britain and of “no interest” to counterterrorist officers.
