ok, he was already dead to me. ben burch needs to thank jerry for having me as a customer. just listened today to remind myself why i usually podcast malloy instead.
gene galvin is doing his blog report, and is out and out trashing 911truth.org. jerry chuckling and chiming in. completely wrapping it all in tinfoil. aaaarrrrrggghghghghgh.
i was really ready to give jerry the benefit of the doubt when he started, but jesus, i can't stand the guy.

1. I've never liked him or his show...
I don't understand why he's still on the air.

2. Don't worry about Springer... nobody's listening.
I'd rather listen to Alan Colmes than Springer - he's that bad.

5. Springer is needed on AAR
He may not be everyone's cup of tea, but he does bring in the red staters. He is the bridge between repub and dems, and he does bring repubs over to our side. He has had thoughtful subjects on some of the occasions that I've listened to him. I've heard him bring people around to thinking maybe gays getting married is not too bad of a thing.

If they listen to Springer and like him, maybe they will stick around and listen to others on the network. That is Springer's job, to bring in the repubs.

6. i know, and i try to be tolerant
but does he have to do it by bashing the "left wing"?
he is the same about the election. he was the ohio democrat of the year in 2004, and wouldn't even talk about the election on his show. AT ALL. except maybe to pin on the tinfoil. c'mon jer.
really, i swear, i had an open mind. did you ever hear the this american life episode about him?

really, i wanted to like him. but jesus.
well, white rose wins, anyway. all good.

7. Springer is fine.
I'm glad he has a reasonable opinion of the conspiracy theories. That's becoming rare on AAR.

8. I just hate it when someone doesn't support my crackpot conspiracies!
I mean, I'm totally sure that alien raccoons from Venus are secretly running Canada! I had a dream about it... and just because I was doing acid at the time does not mean it isn't real!

9. I do think it's sad that he stooped to slamming religious beleifs
I mean there's room in this world for all kinds of beliefs; why single out the MIHOP faithful.
