since that is his job.

I work in the defense field on capital cases. If they decide to go for the death penalty on any of these guys (or anyone else for that matter), if I were to get a call to work on his case, I wouldn't hesitate and I would do my job to the best of my ability and be an advocate for my client 100% regardless of my personal feelings.

That is Paul Hackett's job as well.
