Jesus. Could you imagine working in the DoD, and having to listen to him constantly?

Would it be annoying? I bet it would.

as his own, he seldom runs the risk of having the issues "framed" for him. I'll bet he never runs afoul of "when did you stop beating your wife" type questions.

It also deflects the listeners from his incompetence and batshit craziness.

Recently it has been found out that even more detainees were "ghost detainees". The fact that Rumsfeld has not been charged speaks volumes. If Congress wishes to garner any respect they should move forward with Impeachment Declaration of Rumsfeld.
