Just caught a snippet of the show, where Al was running some of the things Limbaugh had said recently by the guests, and he had some Repub/RW mouthpiece trying to justify/explain.

2. Franken's "resident dittohead"

an old buddy of Al's who really thinks rush limbaugh is just the most brilliant motherfucker in the universe. Al has him once a week and will play some dumbass thing limbaugh recently said and ask Mark to justify it. Its a sometime good segment and I do appreciate Franken allowing such folks access to the microphone but Mark is never a match for Al. What do you do for a living? Oh I defend rush limbaugh on Air America and yes I will have another stick in my eye.

Basically, Al plays a tape of Rush telling a blatant lie, and says "well Mark, that's a lie. Isn't it?", to which Mark usually answers "Yes, but...." and goes on the excuse and/or explain away the lie.

Typical ditto-head behavior.
