before they resumed their airstrikes. They know civilians are still trapped there, but they're still bombing. I just saw a report on MSNBC. Lester says the Red Cross can NOT get aid to southern Lebanon as the Israelis promised.

There is no sustained attack from Hizbollah today. The NYT reported today that there were only three mortar shells that landed in Israel, probably from the continued battles with Israeli forces, and NO rockets.

Still, Israel insists on continuing their shelling of these Lebanese towns today.

This is not defense, it's revenge and murder.

1. It's just their MO.
And it's never worked (stopping groups from attacking them).

3. Israel is out of control.
I would not want the karma they are drawing on themselves. It is like they have gone mad. There is no line they will not cross for their hateful revenge. This response of theirs is out right madness! Is there no end to the killing? The USA condoning this is enough to make me vomit!

4. And Hebollah...
Does Hezbollah warn the Israelis about where its rockets are heading?

Obviously not, that would defeat the purpose.

6. are we judging ourselves by what Hizbollah does?
or are there some core values that would prevent us from knowingly aiming and firing missiles into areas where civilians huddle to escape the shelling.

5. canadian news
showed a village where they have been holed up for 5 days...some with dead relative bodies......even news crews from other countries are trying to get these people to saefty...the village is mainly older and disabled people.........this is f'ing sick....they couldn't get out.roads being bombs.but they have only a few more hours to leave or die there.

I am very pissed off that our elected officials will not demand that this stop and threaten to cut off all aid to Israel and put sanctions on them.......
