Help - Bin Laden info.

I was talking with my husband about Osama and I mentioned that someone in our government had Osama in his personal address book. I thought it was the head of the CIA or someone like that. Hubby had not heard about this and when I tried to google this I could not find the information.

Am I just not using the right terms to google? Am I not remembering the information correctly? This is driving me crazy but if anyone knew this information I knew you folks would.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
