Why should Maliki condemn Hizbollah when the US will not condemn Israel

Why should Maliki condemn Hizbollah when the US will not condemn Israel
even over the bombing and killing of UN observers? They should be condemned for at least being incompetent and not taking care to NOT bomb the UN facility.
