Another example of Howard Dean's 50-State Strategy

In NE-3, Democrat candidate Scott Kleeb, with a PhD in foreign affairs, is forcing the Republicans to defend in a very red district. Ryan Anderson is reporting on MyDD that Kleeb has close to three times the cash-on-hand as his opponent Repug State Senator Adrian Smith. Not only that, but there are similar problems for the Repugs in NE-1.
