The News Media
I was thinking this morning about something that I had thought about before then I had a thought. I was thinking earlier that if CNN put Bill Moyers on TV in the same time slot as Bill O' Reilly, Moyers would wipe the floor with O' Reilly. Later the thought hit me that the leaders of CNN and MSNBC did not want to put liberal hosts on their shows in that they know that if they did so the liberals would be ratings winners. That would blow everything Republicans said about people not wanting to watch liberals out of the water. Then these CEOs of CNN and MSNBC would either have to say they did not want put liberals on their channels or they would have to put more liberals on theirs channels. These CEOs would no longer be able to say they do not have liberals on their channels because noone wants to watch them. So does anyone here agree that the CEOs of these channels are purposely keeping liberals off their channels in that if they put them on and leave them they (the liberals) would do a great job and cause these CEOs to have to hire more liberals.

I think the biggest problem is that the people who run the networks have no brains and no soul.

As a result they buy into the shit sandwich without questioning it or thinking outside the box.

For all of its faults, there is one positive thing to say about Fox News. They had the guts to do something different. They decided that a right-wing news channel could succeed, and they put their money where their mouths were. Hence they have built a "brand" that has a loyal following.

Because Fox broke the mold and created a success, the timid dorks at CNN and MSNBC figured thay have to imitate Fox to duplicate its success.

Anyone with half a marketing brain would see that the country is at least half liberal or moderate left, and do counter programming to Fox. But they are morons so they do not have the guts or brains to think outside the box.

It's like a couple of the original "reality shows" took the bold step to create something new and different. Now all of the sheep in the media are imitating the form of those successes, rather than trying to find their own ways to crteate something new and different.

2. Yes they purposely keep truth tellers off of the screen and out of your
view. CNN is nothing but propaganda.
