So, I have a movie idea...
A group of homeless people form a fake "terrorist" group for the sole purpose of allowing themselves to be infiltrated by The FBI to receive "terrorist seed money" that will actually be used to buy food.

I propose that we finance this movie by forming a fake terrorist group for the sole purpose of being infiltrated by The FBI to receive "terrorist seed money" that will actually be used to make our movie.

Okay, that last part is a satirical riff.

4. after seeing the "orgasm cult" thread, I was almost afraid to read this...
sounds like a great idea. Sort of a "Mouse That Roared" with a gritty urban twist, in high concept terms.
