Americans from every corner of our nation are calling on you. Please listen to our plea and run for the Democratic nomination for the presidency of the United States in 2008.

Never before has America needed a leader of your stature, vision and experience more than now. The next presidential election will be the most crucial one in our history, and you are the only Democrat who can unite the country and lead us to victory. And this country -- indeed, the entire world -- cannot afford anything less.

Our nation and the planet itself are entering “a period of consequences,” as you so well stated in “An Inconvenient Truth,” but in more ways than one. 3. I share your desire but not your optimism.....I wish Gore would run but

he's yet to give me any indication he seriously wants to. I'm afraid to wait around for someone who has to be begged to run. I want to support a REAL candidate who truly wants to be president, who will not only run but will want to WIN deep in his or her gut. If Gore refuses to openly ask for my support, I'd be foolish to sit around waiting too long for him to make a decision.

Time is important. Gore should run, and he should make it known ASAP. If not, he should definitively withdraw. Anything else is hurting our chances.

I'm so tired of being disappointed and I'm not going to wait forever. Any serious candidate needs to be announced by Christmas 2006. I hope you're right, but I don't feel your optimism. Why should he tolerate the bullshit again?
