Like the bushenfurher?
I think not, and know he doesn't
He is really rocking the house isn't he, saying we have a dictatorship now.

3. And he can speak too.
Damn it ..... why I am I crying?

16,000 votes taken away from Al in Nov. 2000 by 1 Diebold machine in Volusia, County Florida.

It is time to run those crooks from the White House.

28. Botany, I cried too.
I was driving home from the grocery store when the speech started, and I thought
I was going to have to pull over from the tears of relief to hear something honest for a change.

32. You Weren't the Only One
Same here. Partly for job that Gore stood proud, displaying great courage for all of us, and, well, the other part for all the horrible things gone wrong under *!

You know he did that for ALL of us, and at the risk of repeating myself on the DU boards, he stands for all Americans, not just Democrats.
Freepers will never, ever get that part, though I'm hopeful they do.

36. Aunti, you are so right. The country has never been so polarized.
I never thought I would see the day when there was so much animosity
between AMERICANS toward each other because of their party affiliation.

Gore spoke to everyone today- all parties. The way that Bush
speaks to Americans is to speak to his base and then everyone else is a traitor
who doesn't agree with him! I'm tired of it.

Remember Barack Obama's "purple" speech at the convention? Today reminded
me of that. However, sadly, the RNC didn't even listen to the bipartisan comments today.

This administration is dangerous- and it starts at the top with B/C.

5. I have heard Gore speak in person several times
He is an absolutely awesome public speaker.

This is so sad to me. Damn, they stole the presidency from one of the most articulate and intelligent men ever to run for the office.

Damn those mother fuckers. I can't even describe how deeply I hate them.

23. I have heard him in person as well
And he is indeed an awesome speaker!

I felt slightly sick watching today--on the one hand I was totally celebarting the fact that he is leading a fight and calling it like it is... but on the other hand I was hit by January 2001 depression all over again.

I still can't believe we had *the asshole* foisted on this country --

Matters are indeed very grave.

11. I have watched 5 minutes of Gore's speech
It is great and I believe now that he is going to run in 2008. He has regained his passion. He is no longer holding up Clinton's DLC policies, he is passionatly talking about the progressive issues he believes in.

Those criminal minds in the white house will surely have that on their agenda of intimidation and control. TV is for crap in reporting on the state of the nation.

Gore pronounces it: 'in other words', i was astonished, i hadn't realized that it is three seperate and distinct words because bush has been president for several decades. or so it seems

39. But...but... does it have any slogans?
I mean, sure it was thoughtful and articulate, reasoned, informed and inspirational. But I can't find, you know, a take-away phrase. Something simple I can understand like, "stay the course." I don't want to think. I want someone to say they're keeping me safe. Thought is, well... too hard.
I need a soundbite. KKKARL!!!!
