The anti-terrorism talking head on CNN explains the death of the soldiers.
My paraphrase. Sounding like a "last throes" type argument.

In summary, he said it just shows that the "terrorists" were under pressure, since our military was searching and they could have rescued the soldiers and then it would have been good news for the United States, so of course they had to kill them, since any second they could have been found.

This f#@*ing tragedy is being spun as a near victory and the MSM continues to enable.

The "counter terrorism expert" kept changing his description of the captors...first insurgents, then terrorists then Iraqi forces.

(oh BTW, the counter terrorism expert is currently running for office as a repug...just mentioned, 10th congressional district in Massachusetts) Of course, as Miles O'B said, "it has no impact on the interview".

Sigh, another example of that liberal media bias.

And the exploitation of the deaths of our servicemen and women.

7. I'm from Mass and I want to know who it is ...
if the poster makes a reference to it, s/he should include the name.

So Yes, it does matter.

11. I see your point
It's always important to know who your candidates are BEFORE they get in and start wreaking havoc.

Mea culpa.

only the most mindless of the Bushbot idiots believe any of this crap anymore. The MSM marginalizes themselves daily by allowing these lies to be perpetuated.

4. One thinks you or I could have also done that talk.
No one seems to know what these terrorist are thinking or are going to do. It is just guess work as far as I can see. They have as many reasons to want us dead as Bush has had for going into Iraq. It is just all madness.

8. Exactly. He couldn't even come up with a consistent label.
It was a bizarre interview, the guy was called a counter-terrorism expert without any further description of his credentials.

He can now put this on his candidacy resume..."counter terrorism expert for CNN. Vote for me."

10. CNN = PsyOps Central.
A reporter discovered that CNN had CIA "interns" helping out way back in 2000. This whole story sounds like a fabrication. Maybe the soldiers were killed but I sincerely doubt that they were kidnapped or "heinoulsy tortured" by Iraqis.

We're still the reigning torture champs. :headbang:
