Ken Mehlman:: "Democrats want to cut & run, cut & walk, cut & jog"
Edited on Tue Jun-20-06 04:43 PM by Philosoraptor
Ken Mehlman, republican Pukesman bloviater, First on msnbc he said it in reference to John Kerry, then he repeated the above phrase in the exact same way.

He's so so very cute, having never worn a uniform.

This is obviously the number one talking point till November.

1. He can babble on about "cut and run" all day long
"Lie and die" is a much more effective slogan (and more truthful, too).

2. GOP knows cut and run
GOP Eisenhower - cut and ran from Korea.
GOP Nixon - cut and ran from Vietnam.

Repukes sure know what they're talking about when it comes to 'cut and run' don't they??

We had so many more freedoms before we cut and ran from Vietnam didn't we?

4. Mehlman lives a lie telling lies...
Mehlman hates himself secretly and has to continue not only to live a lie but make his living on telling lies. He's a pathetic cake-eater that secretly wishes to get sodomized by his angry spanking father figure at nearly every waking moment, so you can understand his troubled soul.

21. that is only half true
the real problem is that they have an established propaganda machine in place with a huge audience of Americans of all stripes - you know; the TV, radio, and newspapers.

How many times have you heard/read/seen the Left's position on anything, except in a negative light?

19. The Repugs are just tying themselves more tightly to their failed war.
That's all they're doing, they're trying to mock Dems for being wimps and weaklings, but meanwhile Iraq is a ten-ton stone tied around their necks, dragging them down.

Earlier this year I was concerned that Bush would declare victory and pull out of Iraq in time for the elections, but luckily I was wrong. He's going down with the ship and dragging all the Repugs with him. Good riddance.

22. Framing the issue--
Why is withdrawal from Iraq being called "surrender," "running away," "defeat," "cutting and running" "going wobbly" (Bill Frists's today) and so on.

What happened to "standing down" as the Iraqis stood up. Why isn't getting out of Iraq "redeployment" or just plain old "withdrawal"?

And are the other members of the coalition of the temporarily willing also "surrendering"? I thought they were just withdrawing.

repeat it ad nauseum.

I thought Murtha had the perfect response to this chickenhawk mantra, "Stay and pay!"

27. Here's a retort:
They Lost.
The people didn't lose, the troops didn't lose, Bush lost.

another phrase: The Worst. As in "Bush is, by far, the worst, most inept Commander in Chief to ever order good men and women to their deaths."

Cut and Lie, Cut and Spy, Cut and Cheat, Cut and Go AWOL, Cut and Dodge, Cut and Torture, Cut and Steal! Nobody would have to worry about how Bush would do in the "Front Line Foxhole," because he'd be on the morning report as a deserter!

31. Republicans want to spend & spend, spend & spend, spend & spend.
This should be the number one talking point for Dems. Does the public really trust (currently no) a group of people who can't spend money in a rational way? I would say most people vote their wallet and most know how out of control our gummit is when it comes to waste.
