So being stupid is an option?
Frist boldly declares that a plan that no one is talking about isn't a solution. WOW way to move the Iraq war forward. So the Republican plan is not to surrender. Even if it means surrendering control of the country to the Iraqi government. The one the Republicans talk up at every moment. Or maybe it's the rich oil fields we can't surrender. Is it that we can't give up? Remember the price is too high to give all that oil up!

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist declared Tuesday that "surrendering is not a solution" in Iraq as Democrats embraced a proposal to start U.S. troop withdrawals this year and the GOP-controlled Senate opened debate on it. "We cannot retreat. We cannot surrender. We cannot go wobbly. The price is far too high," said Frist, R-Tenn., suggesting that Democrats want to do just that.

2. Frist is an embarassment to humanity
Believe it or not, Frist has lost his whacko-fundy appeal in Eastern Tennessee, along with Bush.

I am betting that most Americans notice that the Democrats actually have a plan, rather than using carefully selected double-speak crafted by very untalented marketing execs like the Republicans have been trumpeting for years. Seriously, my background is in Business Law and Marketing, and I have never seen so many insane marketing campaigns as this administration sends out. To me, it somehow validates the theory that the elections were stolen outright because any American with IQ would see right through this bullshit, even though it is directed to the lowest common denominator of society.

3. No, no! Being stupid is a REQUIREMENT.
As with anything else in the Brave New Bushworld: That which is not verboten is compulsory.

helpfully,
Bright
