Is it illegal to desecrate/burn the Constitution?
What if Abbie Hoffman had worn a Constitution flag on tv instead of a flag shirt?

2. A copy of it? or the real one?
Sounds like a stupid question, but I just had to ask.

If your asking about a copy of it, I have not heard of any laws.

4. Curious isn't it.
The same crowd that is so fanatical about protecting a piece of cloth has no problem with burning paper or books.

8. That's one major difference between the Constitution and the flag...
... There's only one Constitution - all other are copies.

All flags, though, are real.

Else I'm much mistaken.

15. I think that's a serious question & deserves a serious answer!
I prefer someone who burns the flag & wraps themself in the Constitution over someone who burns the Constitution & wraps themself in the flag.
