Note she has a very long neck. Had she adopted good posture it might be elegant...swanlike, even. Unfortunately she has lousy posture and when one bows ones back/rounds ones shoulders, then extends the neck in order to raise ones head, one has what appears to be a convex neck. Ucky but true.

IMO she's probably got an eating disorder. She's quite thin and unhealthy looking.
