Evolution of the Zarqawi story
Evolution of the Zarqawi story
How our the government/media coalition has and will see it evolve:

Thursday morning - Killed by bomb

Thursday evening - he was alive when first found after bomb

Friday morning - he was trying to roll off the gurney they put him on

Friday afternoon - he was trying to escape

Saturday morning - the house we bombed contained skimpy women's lingerie

1. It still hasn't evolved into an interesting story
I originally thought the president of Iraq was killed when I saw it on TV. They I was like "Zarqawi"? "Zarqawi"? oh!, I remember who that is! I completely forgot the guy even existed. A big ho-hum.

2. And wasn't there some stuff...
...about how he was alive when the Americans had him, then died after being handed over to the Iraqis? And then it was changed to have him dying surrounded by American troops? Or did I just make that up in my head. I get so confused about whose fantasy I'm living these days.

4. Forgot the aircraft carrier scene: grotesque "accomplished."
Z's dead head on the evening news AND on the front page of every wing nut rag.

How 'bout them family values.

I bet bunny pants and a bunch of sicko conservatives didn't even need their viagra after seeing that picture.

5. Here was the summary
I came up with last night, in another thread. The women's clothing is a new twist, though. :eyes:

The story is a bitch to keep up with actually. I've been running all over the place. The Iraqis killed him, no, they didn't. He was dead, okay he wasn't dead, but then he got dead quick. Here's a bloody photo. Here's a cleaned up guy after an "autopsy" of sorts, in a gold frame suitable for hanging. There's a power struggle inside al-Qaeda. No, there isn't. His own guys turned him in. There's a cel phone trace that did him in.

6. Why are they lying so much on this - don't get it
You know, this is beginning to sound like
A made-up lie and the liar
Don’t know what to say next.
