Tom Delay resigned over an hour ago, still no major media coverage
I just visited the websites of CNN, CBS, (MS)NBC, ABC, and (ulp) Fox.

Nada. Nothing. Every site has dead pics of Al-Zarqawi.

This is the biggest news dump ever. :grr:

8. Well,
if he has suddendly resigned today out of nowhere, I'd be pissed that they weren't covering it. But as it stands this was in the works for months now.

I only wish that he had resigned earlier so there could have been a special election, instead of waiting until November.

6. It's on Google news.
I find the major TV channels are pretty slow in getting news posted.

7. Of course not

Cowards cover for thieves and scum. The media like their fancy homes and their nice steady incomes. Why ruin it all by telling America what's REALLY going down in their country?

Like I said earlier, I hate Corporate American Media more than I am able to express with mere words. They are shit stains on my country and I wish we could flush them all.

11. They've been covering it, working the positive spin
CNN interviewed him, saying he "gets to leave on his own terms".

They let him go on and on about he is a victim of partisan politics.

He was asked about his regrets, he said he had none.

I think that any reporter who is worth anything might be prompted, at that, to say something like "What about all those laws you broke?"
