6. New Amendment takes away States Rights for Gay Marriage
Speaker says its undemocratic. We must recognize the will of the people. It would be the first time we have amended Const. to limit states rights. Tragic and needless departure from our tradition.

5. CATO is intellectually consistent. They don't believe in regulation...
of ANYTHING. Marriage, business, etc.

Remember, they're the ones campaigning against corporate welfare. They don't believe in it for any one or any thing.
