July 4th 2006 Hand Count Revolution to start. Take our democracy BACK!!

A national constitutional amendment for paper ballots and HAND COUNTS to restore democracy to America! We don't need no stinkin' "marriage amendnment", we NEED a paper basllot Hand COUNT amendment.

Start the revolution now by gathering signatures for a paper ballot HAND COUNT amendment!

Anyone willing to volunteer to support this effort in their given states please post so we can co-ordinate a true grassroots revolution.

...decentralizing the count. You can hand count it, but if the coutns are still centrally tabulated, it seems they could just as eaily take it. HAVA also designated this as a help to our electoral system in02.
