1. Patrick Fitzgerald is gonna have to endict someone BIG and BAD
to get my vote... and it could not come soon enough, as far as I'm concerned. Until then, he won't be "Person of the Year" material.

4. An interesting choice. Bush had pledged a renewal of respect with
Mexico, then virtually abandoned that promise after 9/11.

Fox and the Immigration/Nafta/Cafta issues may play even bigger as the second half of the year -- and the November elections -- draw near.

8. True. She did. Especially the public's perception of George W. Bush as
a problem-solving adult.

He took a MAJOR hit by remaining on his ranch, clearinng brush, or whatever it is he does there, while news networks ran 24-7 footage of corpses floating down canals.

Bush lost any good seat at the table with Katrina alone.

11. You have ultimate and unlimited flexibility. Choose OTHER if I failed to
put the person you want to choose on the poll, and any answer is a correct answer.

15. Well, he's running away with this poll. In the last few weeks or
months -- whatever it is exactly -- Al Gore has really heightened his profile among Democrats.

He's getting good mention in the liberal blogs and most of the mainstream media -- although they never liked him much in 2000.

He's positioned right now to compete for the nomination if he wants to.

After the 06 midterms, I think things are going to get real interesting real fast.
