"Combat Diary" on A&E-definitely not a pro-war film
http://www.aetv.com/listings/episode_details.do?episodeid=163325
This is an extremely well done documentary of Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 25th Marines, a reserve unit out of Columbus, Ohio .The story is related by the marines themsaelves, and details their mission-during which they lost 25 Marines out of 184.
I can see why this could be a trigger for a war veteran, but should be mandatory viewing for every chickenhawk out there.
I hate this war and the suffering these Marines and their families have endured. For Memorial Day,I offer my hope that their families can find peace, and that these marines can make things right inside.

1. Lima Company no longer exists because of combat casualties
So many of them ended up dead or wounded that the unit was eventually disbanded. It was no longer an effective fighting force.
