Forkin' "Lincoln"? Made me shut off the TV
Tweety says Bush was "like Lincoln" in admitting mistakes in Iraq. I thought Olbermann was going to explode but somehow he managed to refrain from calling Tweety a jerk. With that I shut off the TV. I just couldn't take it anymore.

7. LOL, I had the TV on waiting for KO's regular program, heard that, said
something obscene and muted the sound.

"Lincoln????" At first I was thinking, Lincoln who? And then realized it must have been a reference to old Abe. Too bad KO couldn't reach through the screen, slap him upside the head and say "snap out of it." The mere sight of Dubya just enthralls Tweety and his neurons go all funny, misfiring all over the place. I think he needs a CAT scan.

9. I didn't know
Lincoln lied the US into the Civil War. Can you imagine how that would have played out if dubya had been President then?

"Honest" *: Well...uh...Everyone knew there were slaves in Alabama. Just because we didn't find any doesn't mean they aren't there. I mean, they could have been moved to Mississippi.

Reporter: Mr. President, Is it true that you keep slaves on your ranch in Crawford?

"Honest" *: No it is not true. I do not believe in keeping slaves. Look at how I took care of the negroes in New Orleans. Next question...Jeff.

the discussion was whether Bush as Churchillian or Trumanesque.
Watching these whores soil their kneepads was truly disgusting.

"UTICA, N.Y., May 25 (UPI) -- A Zogby Interactive poll finds that U.S. voters are more distrustful than ever of political and corporate leaders.

Only 3 percent believe Congress is trustworthy; 7 percent think business leaders are; 24 percent say President George W. Bush can be trusted; and 29 percent trust the courts."
