They do not deserve the same protections under the Constitution that the rest of us do. They are actively working against the values and laws of this country. They actively support an administration that has shredded the Constitution. They are happy to give up our rights for the president's self proclaimed "inherent powers". They are destroying what America stands for, justice, fair play and tolerance.

Therefore, as far as I am concerned they are all "illegal enemy combatants". They have forfeited their protections under the law by actively working to undermine that law. Now off to GITMO or some other dank gulag with them before they do even more damage.

Bush claims (incorrectly) that we have not bee attacked since 9/11. He lies. We and our way of life are under attack everyday.

No matter what provisions the dems have tried to implement since then, the repukes have tried to block, to cover up, to deceive and then to falsely take credit for ideas and actions fought for by us.

2. Using Republican Logic our right to defense is greater than their right

to privacy or due process. They can be legally kidnapped and held with duress without council or Constitutional rights. We can spy on them to get enough evidence to do our kidnapping and torture. It is all for our Protection so according to Republican Logic it is okay to do that....Hell I can shoot someone in Florida if I even suspect they may intend to harm me...What a great society we have become....
