I just noticed that Laura was standing next to Bush yesterday when he
made his remarks--a new day in Irag. I had not seen the clip before but they just played it on msnbc.

uu....mm Laura is still well likeed. I wonder if we will see more of--Two for the price of one. Recall when Bill C. said that? Hil came along with the deal (Repugs and others did not like that).

1. I think they are sending Laura out on her own.
Having * along negates her positive vibes.

3. Apparently, yes, among Repubs in general.
Probably because she projects the native Republican Stepford wife archetype so well.

4. Yeah but, let's not forget the reason she's "well liked"...

... The MSM has kept her sheltered and protected, like everyone else in the Chimp camp... She's just the last one to go down... Throughout history, whenever a President has had problems, his wife was picked apart as well, except for Mrs. Chimp who has had the MSM on her side... Let's see what happens now...

5. Keep this up and her poll numbers will be down also
In 6 years she has not said a thing that was important so are they sure people will hear her now?

10. I did not know that. I am having a problem hearing any Bush
I really should tune in but he and the rest just make me ill. Bush has really worn me out.

7. I noticed the scandal papers in the check-out line this weekend
They were all about W and Laura’s marriage falling apart, drinking, looming divorce etc.

I don’t buy those things, so I could be wrong, but I don’t recall ever seeing W and Laura taking up space on these gossip rags.

To me, it screams...no respect left for them.

11. A few months ago....
didn't they run stories about his return to drinking? That Laura was concerned that he was staying up all night nuzzling a bottle of whiskey? I don't read the tabs either (does anybody admit that they do?), except for the headlines, but they've broken big stories before this.
