1. It is far more efficient and practical then deportation

We already have the death penalty. Just make immigrants "illegal" felons, then three strikes = death penalty. I think HR4437 is awful, but it is also completely unworkable. The nazi's made it work. Jews were outlawed, then killed. We too can do it here (California Uber Alles - Close your eyes, "Can't happen here".)
