As for what all this means for Cheney, I'm not expert enough to know for sure. But it certainly makes a strong case that his indictment is at least possible.

There are at least two uses of the phrase "and others" (as opposed to "others in the OVP") that could easily include Rove, in discussing acts that might be considered illegal.

In addition, I think Rove has been directly implicated in several of the activities that led to Libby's indictments. Although I can't recall which those were off the top of my head.

I don't see how any of this stuff can be helpful to Rove.

I notice in Fitzgerald's filings that the vice president is mentioned several times. But nothing on Karl Rove. Is he still "official A"? I remember Fitz at the news conference saying you either charge someone or keep quiet. He sure is keeping quiet about Rove.

Libby worked for Cheney, in the OVP which evidently was the center of activity for attacking Wilson. So that's why we have seen so many Cheney mentions. I have not seen anything yet to refute the commonly held belief that Rove is Official A in other documents that have been released.

I think Rove has either been or will be indicted.

That precious Jamie King on CNN just finished a big report on Libby appearing for over three hours(!) with the GJ/Judge today. Something about wanting access to certain reporter's notes and records... Our boy Pat (Patrick!) was described as sitting in on the proceedins, furiously taking notes...
