3. It's a political prosecution
He's passed all the tests required - and will continue to do so. Why he doesn't even want those pills anymore.

Or so the legend goes.

but in the Navy, the stream had to be seen coming from the body into the cup by a monitor.

May not be a cop, just whomever he goes to that the court finds acceptable as a testing agent. But yeah...someone would have to see it!!!!!!!!

12. Don't worry, it's just a possibility.
Nobody will ever ask a rich man to do that, let alone order him to. He won't have to pee in pubic if he ever does go to a hospital for a pee test, and yes, it will be done in a hospital and not in some grotty employee testing lab.

8. I think he should be allowed to have a gun
He'll be all alone in that big house with no friends, no social life, no one to love or be loved by. In his mind, he knows he's a failure, his only success being making money off of hate. He should keep that gun close in case someone breaks in.

14. Best description of Rush I've heard: "fat, drug-addled, piece of shit"
He is all of those things and more. It was disgusting watching Rush's attorney on TV spinning the story. Rush wasn't arrested. He was booked. It was pre-arranged. BLAH BLAH BLAH.

You normally are only booked when you're arrested.

Rush has no credibility, he has no right to criticize anyone else. He needs to clean up his own kitchen.

22. But hes not fat anymore!
And why is that?

Oh yeah, his mysterious diet that he has been so proud of.

That, and he spent the last several years addicted to a perscription-legal form of heroin....

25. He just can't stop spinning.
"Do you think if there was any real evidence, we would have reached a settlement?" Limbaugh said Monday on his radio show.

Okay, if there was no real evidence than why didn't you fight it and prove your innocence? Usually you settle if you're not sure you can win.

30. Why the "Not Guilty" if Ru$h has a deal/agreement? WTF?
Edited on Mon May-01-06 01:58 PM by DemoTex
The agreement did not call for Limbaugh to admit guilt to the charge that he sought a prescription from a physician in 2003 without revealing that he had received medications from another practitioner within 30 days. He pleaded not guilty Friday.

http://news.yahoo.com/

Is Ru$h a felon or is he not? The firearms proscription would suggest that he has copped a plea to a felony charge. IMHO the MSM is buying into PR spin that calls a plea bargain to a felony "a deal" or "an agreement" (as if Ru$h was in the driver's seat all along). He was not. He is a common criminal and a highly addicted drug abuser.

Having said that, let me add this: Fuck him. I have no doubt that he .. if he thinks that he has beat this rap .. will ultimately self-destruct in a very spectacular way.

31. He should be purged from the voter roles too.
Edited on Mon May-01-06 02:03 PM by Sentinel Chicken
Until he completes his drug treatments he should be purged from voter roles. I'm almost positive that part of your Florida voter registration questionnaire deals with the use of illegal drugs. If the man is charged with a felony and will remain charged until he completes his drug treatment then he shouldn't be allowed to vote until he's drug free.

Heaven knows what kind of idiot he could vote for under the influence of that stuff.

He can borrow a gun, and the booze won't show up the next day in his test.
