Is there a way to track families of the storm on an on going basis?
A refugee family moved 2 doors away from me and lived here for
a year.We became good friends until they moved in the middle
of the night and took about $5,000.00 OF MY CASH with them. I
know the money is GONE--GONE--GONE but I am pretty sure they
are still local and having a friendly chat couldn't hurt and i
may feel better.

1. Have you checked out the State forums? Might get some ideas there
TX, MS, LA. Just a thought.

2. As far as I know,
there is NO tracking of evacuees on either a state or federal level. Even the Red Cross didn't track where families came from or where they were going. I'm so sorry that they stole from you. Most of the evacuees and survivors I've met would never, ever do such a thing.
