I think I might add to my goal

I really thought I wanted to get to 180 pounds. But, now that I am nearly there, I don't think that will be good enough. Weight Watchers would like to see me in the 160-something range. But that seems too thin. Maybe 170 will suit me:

160 was my goal weight, but I was thinking of pushing it up to 170. I'm 6'0 and 40 y/o.

Mostly I think it depends on if you're comfortable and feel good about yourself. If you're w/in the "healthy" weight range for your hight, that's fine.

According to Weight Watchers, I should be 164 lbs or less. But I have not been that thin since high school (I am 45 now).

Just plug in your height and adjust your weight until it is in the band you want to be in (underweight, normal, overweight, or obese). I've got a 35 lb "normal" range for my height - I'm now in the middle of that and hoping to stay within the middle 5 lbs of the range.
