You On a Diet exercise videos

I was looking around for strength-training exercises and found these 20-minute workouts from the You On a Diet Docs (Drs Mehmet Oz and Michael Roizen) on the RealAge website. They are short and sweet and best of all free, with little or no special equipment required.

I don't think you have to sign up with RealAge, to use them but I could be wrong. If you do, it's free, there's no cost involved.


There are both QuickTime and Windows versions.
