Have to get back on track this week

A friend came down to visit and I ate out 5x in the last 4 days. x( This week I'm going to majorly clean it up, except on Wednesday night, which is my birthday. :party: I also want to hit the gym hard this week, I feel sluggish.

1. Me, too.
It has been spring break here and we went to Denver to visit our daughter for four days. Then I've been pretty much sitting around the rest of the week nursing an aching back, watching basketball, and doing school work. It's not so much that I've been overeating (though I'm sure I have) but I haven't been keeping track.

So beginning tomorrow, I'm back to monitoring my food! Thanks for the boost! :hi:
