Second day off Morphine

Yeah - my dependence was nothing like yours - but that doesn't make it any easier

The funny thing is during this entire period is my back, the reason I started a morphine and Vicodin regimen, has not been hurting.

I've been getting these strange sharp pains and numbness on the palms of my left foot - but the back is not too bad off.

If you could see the MRI films, you'd know how important that is.

Question: is this lingering morphine in the system?

Or could my back, getting the full recovery time afforded one on a morphine and Vicodin regimen, have actually gotten better?

Depression, nausea and brain zaps are still there, however.

This is the result of a 3 month plan going down from 90mg/30mg Morph/Vike regimen to 0 everything.

Oh, and during that time I drank a bit. Because it 'activated' my meds. Yes, I was not using them to the letter, but I'm off them now.

And boy do I feel like shit.

I just want my brain back, which wasn't possible under Morphine, but was VERY possible with 4/2/0
