Ok I have an Investing question......
here's the deal - i've currently got 5 stocks in my portfolio.

i'm thinking of trading out one for another.

namely Wells-Fargo for CostCo.

Now here's the deal - i'm not entirely unhappy with Wells-Fargo, they're fairly stable, always have been it seems - but - i'm really concerned about the real-estate market right now - and feel a bubble burst is pretty much inevitable.

And Wells-Fargo is a leader in the mortgage industry, so i'm venturing a guess that if the housing market takes a nose-dive, WFC will go down too - at least a little.

Which leads me to Costco - which you can't really go wrong with because it's consumer goods - if anything, if real estate tumbles it could go up, simply because they sell big stuff for cheap. They pay dividends as well - but i haven't looked at how there's compare to WFCs.

But from what i understand - it seems Costco's a little overvalued at this point.....

what are y'alls thoughts?

buy/sell or Hold?

1. My thoughts are that you should jump over to yahoo historicals
look how both stocks are preforming on a time line and then act accordingly.

2. yeah - i've done that.....
unfortunately they've both been moving sideways.

costco was a huge hit when it was first offered, and Wells-Fargo is a consistent performer.

i wound up taking advantage of a dip in price for CostCo, and buying a little bit. As for Wells- Fargo i'm holding what i got for now.
