5. I'm happy it's Friday

but I couldn't come up with a title. I feel like I haven't been here in forever, and it's only been two days. SATC2, not so much. But last night we went to see the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. It was delightful.



Glad you're adjusting so well. I'm sure the drive to the office isn't something you miss.

8. The drive wasn't so bad

It's only 7 miles.

On the bright side, my freelance contract with my old firm is in process. On the not-so-bright side, I'm going to have to settle for a lower hourly rate from them than I thought because they mark me up 300% to clients.

if my drive was only 7 miles. Work is work, so I'd look on the bright side. Plus, I'm sure once the word gets out, you'll be swimming in projects at the rate you set for yourself!

Happy Friday. I'm in a very pissed off mood tonight, I'm sorry. I am back to racing back and forth between office and living room because I can't get my netbook to connect to a Web site to save my life. The WiFi connection is working, but I can't access a single effing site. I am so frustrated I don't know whether to cry or scream.
