in 2006, they refused to register students at Prairie View A&M (predominantly black university in a near-all-white county). This time around, they only opened one early voting site. Kids got pissed, so they staged a protest march to the polls for 2/19. The feds got involved & other early voting sites were opened later that week. Still the kids marched anyway & forced the racist assholes at the courthouse to keep the doors open after 5 until all the kids who came to vote actually voted. :applause:

Note: not all the students marching were registered to vote, so they registered when they got to the courthouse. Too late for the primary, but not for the General Election in November. :)
