Vial of blood may link Ted Bundy to multiple cold cases
Notorious serial killer Ted Bundy confessed to more than 30 murders before he was sent to Florida's electric chair in 1989, but experts have always believed there were more.

Now, investigators across the country are hoping a vial of Bundy's blood -- kept as part of a case record -- will prove or disprove his involvement in cold cases dating as far back as 1961.

1. This development still fascinates me.
I've always thought that Bundy's murder count (even the ones he confessed to, more than he was convicted of, IIR) was extraordinarily low. So I can believe there were more victims than currently recognized.

Ted Bundy through the Legal Aid Society in Salt Lake. Luckily, she is a dishwater blonde, which was not his obsession.

Edit...spelling..damn tiny phone.

3. Shudder.
Ted Bundy is a uniquely terrifying presence in my readings about serial killers. Mostly because he was so efficient. IMDb.com claims that only five women are known to have escaped from Bundy's attempts to kill them.
