1. I know I read at least one true crime book about anti-freeze
poisonings. I can't think of the name of it though, but I think it happened in NY state.

3. There was a movie just on about the case I was thinking of
"The Marie Hilley Story". She poisoned her husband (he died) and her daughter who survived and testified against her.

5. I guess it's an easy way to do it.....
That made me think of the movie "Arsenic and Old Lace" for some reason :-).

He has a rather famous short story about this topic...which I guess I shouldn't spoil for you in case you want to read it.
