1/11/10: I worked out today--did you?
Got totally sidetracked w/ that whole lawsuit thing last week and didn't sleep and therefore didn't get up and work out.

Done w/ that crap.

35 minutes elliptical, and a lot of stretching.

1. Did I? Not yet, but the day is young.
I've come to the conclusion that sleep is paramount - absolutely paramount - to meeting fitness goals. If I don't get good sleep, everything is harder to do.

the sucky weather has curtailed my walking for about two weeks. However my Christmas present, a mid-grade exercise bike, has arrived today. Needless to say the workouts resume afresh tomorrow AM.

:D

I went to a different branch of the Y than I am used to. Took me a while to get in. Their usual entrance was blocked off due to ice buildup on the sidewalk from the adjacent fountain.

Got a new badge, spent about 20 minutes on the elliptical.

I was pleasantly surprised I wasn't more out of shape after laying off for three months. I hope to go again tomorrow and shoot for 30 minutes and a little weight lifting.
