Today's workout 7/9
Still a little sore from playing soccer Tuesday night and doing the elliptical rider and treadmill combo on Wednesday (35 mins elliptical, 3 laps (fast) on the treadmill), so I'll try something different. A workout I call "Fight Club" done at the gym.

Ab/core session /w trainer, 20 mins. This is on the regular gym schedule.

Practice tai chi forms, 20-30 mins, varying intensity levels.

Kickboxing on heavy bag, 20 mins--5 rounds of 3 mins, 1 min between rounds.

That should keep me well entertained.
