Let's make this interesting....
It's great to post our daily totals. It's encouraging to see everyone working out and posting your own.

What do you say we up the ante a little?

How about wherever we are in our conditioning... how about whoever can say that that are burning 300 calories more/session than they are right now wins..

a little prize from the DU Store?

Would this be a fun thing to look forward to?

3. Worked out this aftn.
1 hour elliptical, 1 hour on treadmill. You all go ahead with your contest. It is all I can do

to exercise. Don't force me to calculate calorie counts. Besides the numbers posted on machines aren't

accurate anyway.
